11 year-old Lily comes from a family of huge Bristol Rovers supporters and loves to play football for her team at Longwell Green Football Club. Throughout Lockdown and since the start of the academic year, Lily has had difficult time adjusting to life at a new School and not being able to play football with her friends during lockdown. Bristol Rovers Women's support Rainbow Laces 2020
Bristol Rovers Women's Football Club are supporting the imperative Stonewall Rainbow Laces campaign which kicked off on the 26th November and runs through to the 13th December. The Rainbow Laces' campaign aim is to make sports everyone's game, whilst focussing on inspiring, educating and encouraging allyship to support LGBT+ inclusion in sport.
