Vandries is back at 'The Gas'

Bristol Rovers Women's are delighted to welcome back Georgia Vandries to 'The Gas'.

The 25-year-old forward who holds the goal scoring record for the 'Gas Girls' since the re-launch in 2019 with an incredible 35 goals in 17 appearances, returns to Bristol Rovers after spending the vast majority of the 2021/22 season at Forest Green Rovers. Vandries also played an integral part of the club's community delivery during the Covid-19 pandemic where she received the PFA Community Champion Award in 2021.

Vandries said, "I'm thrilled to be coming back to 'The Gas'. The girls and the staff have been so welcoming since I've returned and I'm really looking forward to preparing for next season. I'd also like to thank everyone at Forest Green Rovers for their support this season and I wish them the best of luck for the future."
