Abi Todd becomes the first of our summer signings ahead of the 2022/23 season.
The versatile 22-year-old midfielder and forward joins 'The Gas' after a successful spell at Loughborough University and has returned back to Bristol for the new season. Todd has also represented Bristol University, Frampton Rangers and Bristol Academy, when she was younger.
Our new arrival said, "I am absolutely delighted to have signed for Bristol Rovers. I felt like it was time for a new challenge and Rovers was the perfect fit for me, especially with the fantastic squad and coaches who can help me to take my game to the next level. Both the squad and the staff have been unbelievably supportive and welcoming, which I have really appreciated. It’s great to see the growth of women’s football in the community because of the work that the 'Gas Girls' have done and I can’t wait to get started."
