'Gas Girls' nominated for Football Business Award


Bristol Rovers Women's FC are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist at the Football Business Awards 2023. The 'Gas Girls' have been nominated for the inaugural 'Women's Football Business Award' and have been shortlisted alongside Chelsea FC, Exeter City Community Trust, Hibernian FC, MatchFit, MATTA, Southampton FC, 160Over90 and Wrexham FC.


Launched in 2012, the Football Business Awards celebrate the very best in football business and attract 500 attendees to the ceremony each year. The judging panel is made up of Chief Executives of football clubs, Professional Football Associations & Grassroots Football Organisations – all individuals whose knowledge, expertise and experience give them special insight into the challenges and demands of football business success.


Bristol Rovers Community Trust CEO, Adam Tutton said "We're delighted that the 'Gas Girls' have been nominated in the 'Womens Football Business Awards' category at this years Football Business Awards. It's an honour to nominated alongside some of the biggest names in the women's game and this is a fantastic opportunity for us to celebrate four years of hard-work behind the scenes."


The awards ceremony takes place on Friday 26th May at The Brewery in London.
