Bristol Rovers Women's FC will host Royal Wootton Bassett in their first game of the 2022/23 season on Sunday 4th September.
The 'Gas Girls' will then make the journey down south to face Poole Town on Sunday 11th September. Bristol Rovers will finish the season away to Forest Green Rovers on Sunday 12th March.
The 'Gas' were promoted into South West Regional Women's Premier Division (The 5th tier of the Women's pyramid) after winning the Northern Division last season, scoring an impressive seventy-seven goals in sixteen matches.
First-Team Manager, Nathan Hallett-Young is looking forward to challenge of a new league. "We're all really excited to get going again on September 4th and start our fourth campaign as a football club. Preparations have been really positive and we'll be approaching this season like we did last season. It will inevitably be a tougher test, so to use an overused football cliche, we really will be taking one game at a time."
Home matches will be played at Lockleaze Sports Centre, where entry is free. Click here to find out about "Watching The Gas Girls"
